  Is everything in stock?
We typically have 95% of our products available for immediate shipment at any given time. As a result, online orders received by 1 p.m. Central Time are typically processed the same business day. Orders received after 1 p.m. are typically processed the next business day but may typically take 24-48 hrs to leave the warehouse.

  Where do you ship from?

With access to fully stocked warehouses, prompt delivery is assured.

To speed up delivery and service time, many of the products we carry ship direct from the manufacturer. After your order has been shipped you will be notified directly via email about your order, which will include tracking and shipping status.

  Why are your prices so low?

Our prices are significantly lower than what you would find at the local home improvement center, supply center or even other online stores.  You may wonder, "how is this possible?"  We are able to provide a very low price on quality products because:

  • Unlike stores in your neighborhoods or some online stores, we do not buy from "wholesalers" who buy from other "wholesalers", who in turn buy their products from yet another "wholesaler".  By ordering from us, you are removing a lot of people in the middle.  Sure, we buy at wholesale, but fewer people in the middle means fewer price markups along the way.
  • Our prices are low because we believe a great value for you will generate more happy customers and more business. We accept lower profits in exchange for higher volume and customers who tell others about the great deal they obtained with us. Our customers are very satisfied and we think you'll be satisfied too.

  Is your website safe to shop on?

  How do I retrieve my password?

If you can't remember your password, just click the "Order Status" link located at the top of every page, click "Forgot Your Password?", enter your email address and then click "Submit." Your password will be e-Mailed to you immediately.

  Do you charge sales tax?

No Sales Tax, unless you live in Wisconsin or Colorado

We collect sales tax for only those orders shipped within the state of Wisconsin or Colorado. We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped to any other location.

Depending on your state, you may be required to pay a Use Tax in your state, but there is no sales tax paid to us if we bill and ship to a location outside of Wisconsin or Colorado.

  How do I cancel my order?

If you are in any way unsure of the fitment or application of the item you are ordering, please contact Customer Service for assistance before placing your order.

Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, there is a short period of time in which you may change or cancel your order.

To cancel or change an order, please contact a customer service representative by phone within 1 hour of placing the order, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST at Label.  If your order is placed after hours 5pm-8am CST or over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) or on a holiday, you must call our Customer Service Department by 9:00 A.M. (CST) the next business day in order for your order to be changed or canceled.  ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED BY EMAIL OR VOICEMAIL.

All orders are electronically sent to the warehouse or manufacturer for processing.  If the item or order you want to change or cancel has already been processed or has entered the shipping process, it can not be changed or canceled by you or by our customer service department.  However, you can return the item for a refund. As soon as an order is placed over the website and the transaction is successful, we incur irreversible charges from the credit card processing companies. Therefore, once you have placed an "In-Stock" order by phone or the Internet and you wish to cancel the order, you will be subject to a 5% order-processing/cancellation fee.  If the order has already shipped, it will be treated as a return.  View our Return Policy for more information.
