(CST) the next business day in order for your order to be changed or canceled.  ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED BY EMAIL OR VOICEMAIL.

All orders are electronically sent to the warehouse or manufacturer for processing.  If the item or order you want to change or cancel has already been processed or has entered the shipping process, it can not be changed or canceled by you or by our customer service department.  However, you can return the item for a refund. As soon as an order is placed over the website and the transaction is successful, we incur irreversible charges from the credit card processing companies.
