    Label offers a variety of shipping options to make your online shopping experience more pleasurable. We pride ourselves on offering some of the "lowest shipping prices" for Label. You only pay for shipping costs to your front door. No special handling charges or inflated rates. Bottom Line!!!

    Quik Shipping on Most Products
    Label  has agreements with most manufacturers to ship your order direct from the manufacturer’s warehouse to your door. You are getting the products straight from the source so there is less chance for delay or a middle man handling the shipments. All In-Stock products usually ship within 2-3 business days. Some brands take at least 5 days to ship out. View product availability on the product detail page for stock availability and delivery method on brands that are available with real time inventory. Special orders and back-ordered items may take longer to ship out.

    We also offer expedited 2nd day air shipping as an option on many of our products. Call our Customer Service Department at Label for assistance with any questions.

    Shipping Time Frames
    Orders sent via "UPS Ground" average 3 - 7 business days once they leave the factory.

    Orders sent via "UPS 2 Day Air" average 2 business days once they leave the factory.

    Orders sent via Freight Carrier average 3 -10 business days depending on location once the leave the factory. Keep in mind that these time frames are after the product leaves the factory.

    Most manufacturers usually ship in-stock items within 2-3 business days. It is however not a guarantee based on their volume.

    Shipping Credits
    *Time-definite shipments (2nd Day Air) order that do not arrive by the end of the day on the scheduled delivery date (due to carrier delays) may have a partial refund issued to reflect the service that was received. Refunds cannot be issued due to delays from unavailability of the recipient, acts of God, acts of public authority, riots, strikes, labor disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to weather phenomena or natural disasters, or in the event that an ordered product is out of stock or has limited availability.

    If your entire order is not delivered within the time-frame allowed for the shipping method you selected, we will gladly refund the difference in shipping charges between the shipping method you selected and the next level of shipping service.
    • If you ordered UPS 2 Day Air and your order arrives in 3 days, you will be credited back the difference between 2 Day Air and 3 Day Air. If you ordered UPS Next Day Air and your order arrives in 3 days, you will be credited back the difference between Next Day Air and 3 Day Air.
    • If you ordered 2 Day Air and the order arrives in 4 or more days, then you will be credited back the full amount of shipping. If you ordered UPS 2 Day Air and your order arrives in 3 days, you will be credited back the difference between 2 Day Air and 3 Day Air.
    If part of your order was received within the time-frame allowed, but the rest of the order was backordered, unavailable, or was sourced from the manufacturer or alternate warehouse, then a shipping credit will not be issued. Please read more about backorders above.

    You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of processing the credit.

    Shipping Rates
    Label automatically calculates your shipping costs at the time of check out in the shopping cart process once an item is placed into your cart with the appropriate delivery method chosen and your zip code entered. Shipping and handling charges for all items are a per item charge based on the weight of the item, size of the box and the delivery destination. Shipping costs are for the contiguous 48 states. Please call Customer Service for shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii.

    Tracking your Order
    Upon shipping, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation email confirming that your order has shipped from the warehouse along with a tracking number. You may also log into your account to view your order history and obtain shipping and tracking information. You may also contact Customer Service for further assistance. UPS or another carrier’s website. You may also visit ww.UPS.com to track your order. Please note that it could take up to 24 hours from the time your order leaves the warehouse to the time the info is available on UPS or another carrier’s website.

    Multiple Shipments
    If you have a large order and one item is going to cause a delay or is backordered, we will ship your order in two shipments. You will not pay any extra shipping charges for the second shipment. If you prefer to wait for one shipment of all your products, let us know and we'll be glad to accommodate.

    Shipping Backorders
    Sometimes an IN-STOCK item may actually be OUT OF STOCK (sometimes an item may sell out before we've had a chance to update the web-site when the stock tool runs down to less then 5 product available) If an item is not available at the time of the order,  Label will make its best attempt to contact you and inform you of items unavailable for shipping.

    Label is proud to boast and excellent fill rate. We stock most of our inventory, but occasionally some items are unavailable and we must backorder them from other various warehouses across the country or source them directly from the manufacturers. Label will make every effort to ship orders complete. If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available. If the item was with a larger order there will be no freight charge (you only pay freight once). If the item is no longer available we will do our best to notify you immediately.

    The "availability" status for each product on the Label website for products that show availability is only a guideline of stock-on-hand when the stock tool runs down to a handful of products of five or less. This is because the manufacturer may have given up that inventory in the minutes it takes for our orders to electronically be sent from our site to the factory warehouse.

    Label does it's best to ship out products in a timely manner, but we reserve the right to backorder or cancel orders at any time for any reason. You will be notified via email if part or all of your order is backordered.

    Label will in no way be responsible for losses by customer due to scheduling of electricians, contractors, or other professional installation.
